What kind of Muscle Car should i buy for about 4000?
i have about 4000 to spend. i want the car to be beefy, fast, loud, manual, v8, rear wheel drive, and not be a shit box… any suggestions??
Look for a G.M. early 70′s b-body 2-door. Rust is an issue in many of these cars. A california car will generally have solid floor-pans and all the power equipment if not driven in the rust belt. Cars include- Buick skylarks and GS’s, Chevy Chevelle‘s and malibu’s, Oldsmobile cutlass’s and 442′s and Pontiac tempest,sport, and gto’s. These are true muscle car born bodies that are easy to restore in most cases. They all can accomidate modern 500+ horsepower drivetrains. $4g’s should get you a good looking and solid performing baseline car that is water-tight and solid inside and out.
