I have a 1977 Volkswagen Type 1
Is not it amazing car eh? It's so cool future. This is the last year of the hard top. You injection fuel and a torsion bar at front emerged. This thing can survive a nuclear explosion, as it is All Metal. No modern car needs closer to nature. What can I do to keep this car and make it last longer? It's in original condition and well maintained at the time. 31 years age. Older then me.
I have a VW 1971, I love my car and have had for 15 years. Preserving that? Well, just make sure you change the oil every 2000 km, if you drive mostly in town, at least once a year. Keep adjusting valves, do not run hot. Do not allow anyone to drive my VW, except my husband, he does most of the work on it … I trust him. Actually own 8 wagens Volks … We just bought a station wagen 3 1966 Type SquareBack …. 're Stoked! Good luck and remember, only allow you trust to drive your car.
