Just quietly tell him that YOU don’t mind them, but OTHER people are saying things and cracking jokes. That way you can be vague about who is talking about him (just say several people) while at the same time making yourself look innocent. You really need to do something, that image is disturbing. Oh- and keeping a penis constricted and overheated can lower sperm count, but it shouldn’t affect his need for masturbation.
