Neon Genesis Evangelion Rei Ayanami – Question figure reflects?

I know these are kind of out of stock, but I have a friend looking to buy this figure Rei very nice for a group called "reflect" http://www.evastore.jp/goods_images/1347/02_l.jpg now, I do not buy this kind of thing, so I'm clueless …. We want to know if this figure exactly. I cannot paint as the photos show them all, and singing as well …. so I really hope it is a pre-painted figure. If someone Owens this figure, another figure by the "reflection" of the group, or just know a little about how it is ~ please let us know! I do not want to spend that money on a gift, if we can not paint ^ ^, thanks, and no BS comment on the figure or ~ your choice please a gift and if he wants thats your concern;) Thanks you!
