question about a freezer fan motor?

CJAM model 0200-CT-001 3p 208/230. This is what is happening. engine seems to be turning and off. when converted for about 2 seconds and a half off SAEM by the amount of time that has been going on for a while. It seems to be the relay of which does not stay closed. sounds like relay opens when the engine stops and closes when powered of course. a silver screw is loose in a cutting mechanism that seems to be connected to the relay opening and closing. Could it be that sprig doing all this scandal? What else can be. hey im in aus so we do not know the model, it is possible the screw is a screw of land for the PCBs and can cause problems, in my experience with fridges LG (Korean made) is that the fans are DC, I see very often fail to simply sit and "polo" that sounds similar to what his explanation 2secs inside and outside, but as you mention the relay sounds like it could be 1, the small screw loose fan of making properly grounded, no 2, the door sensor switch / PCB did not have stop / start fan 3, or the PCB itself hope this helps even a little
