How can I sue a car insurance company?
Friday, a guy hit me from behind at a red light. call the police. asked us to move about 25 feet off the road so they could get the traffic moving. when I moved my hand tight in front broke. the police left him in the report as his fault and my car is not manageable. But now his insurance company will not pay. They say that the remains did not cause this. although it was well before the wreck. I not only want to pay for towing and storage rates far. police called the trailer and about this new since Friday, was only waiting the weekend from Memorial Day until they could get an adjuster to look at it. easy for me to hit my car type no longer works. I need help, How can I sue them, any help would apriciated ..
OK, first of all you can not sue the insurance company. It must rely on other driver. If the name of the insurer in the application documentation to the court / judge threw the lawsuit out and you have to start over. Secondly, no go to court to think that just because the strap broke on the scene that you will win on this issue with ease. I attend court hearings less amount much and I wonder how many people are in the preparation. You must have a written repair estimate for repairs and will have include your professional opinion is that the tie break was accident. It's hard for me to believe that a rupture is related to a tight rear impact, but I have not seen your car. If you have collision coverage on your account, I suggest you try first. They may be easier to handle than the company of other boys. As the vehicle owner has a legal duty to pay the towing / storage costs. You should get a refund for them one of the insurance companies. You also have a duty to mitigate (reduce) your damages by getting the car out of the storage lot. So do not let it set there for long or freezes with a huge bill and the insurance company should not be all that. Good Luck
