What movie is this??
This is an old movie like "Stand By Me" or not, all this time and there is these 2 kids (boy and GRL) and do not think father works in a coal mine with a black man and he went to save grams a day and the father dies. children … they and their friends are having a fight with another group of children about a club and decide to settle it by choosing a child from each group and make the race from one side to another in a Water Tower and the towers of drainage water. I forget Wat happens after that, but I know that at first the girl is drivng a car and really does not look old enough. children around 14 years … PLEASE helpp me if you do not bother me sooo bad. thanks.
